SiC Plate

SiC Plate is a Reaction Bonded/Sintered Silicon Carbide (SiSiC/RBSiC) flat plate used as a high-performance firing or structural surface within the kiln. Its dense, near-zero-porosity structure delivers high strength, high thermal conductivity, and excellent resistance to thermal shock across repeated firing cycles.

Product Details

SiC Plate is a Reaction Bonded/Sintered Silicon Carbide (SiSiC/RBSiC) flat plate used as a high-performance firing or structural surface within the kiln. Its dense, near-zero-porosity structure delivers high strength, high thermal conductivity, and excellent resistance to thermal shock across repeated firing cycles.

Used as a flat support or lining surface within the kiln setting or structure where high load capacity, rapid heat transfer, and long service life are required — suited to the most demanding sanitary ware and tableware firing environments.
